Ulysses Apollo Richardson was born Billy Isaac Richardson on June 5, 1986 at 4:45 AM to Hilary Richardson and Amy Lee Richardson (then Terry Richardson). He grew up in a caring, God loving household of Jehovah's Witnesses. His mother was training to be a lawyer while his father was at music teacher at a Christian academy. Ulysses decided he wanted to be an actor at the age of 5 when he began watching films from the silent era and films from the 1950's with Elizabeth Taylor, Lauren Bacall, and the likes. Before Ulysses got onto the family sitcom The Simple Family, he did a video on a green screen of him dancing to the song "Vogue". This was all before he started to dye his hair black, get on Playing With Traditions, and discovered sex and drugs.

Ulysses' natural hair color was a dirty blond he had inherited by his father. He always enjoyed his Bible stories at the age of 7, but everything started to go downhill once he approached the age of 12. It all started when he skipped school to get his hair dyed black and to audition for the show Playing With Traditions. Those in charge of the casting were shocked that Richardson was that sweet, innocent kid on The Simple Family who eventually auditioned for the role of Icarus Lockstone and immediately got the role after impressing the crew. While on the show, Ulysses grew rebellious,he didn't want to be called Billy anymore, so he got those in production to change his name when it came to credits to Ulysses and waited until the age of 18 to legally change his name to Ulysses Apollo Richardson. He discovered sex, drugs, and rock n' roll by experimenting with various men and not getting with much women to smoking at the age of 12 and a half only to be in Juvenile Detention for a short time at the age of 15 for underage drinking. Richardson then got admitted to rehab in the year 2002 halfway through season 5 for a painkiller addiction.

At the age of 19, he began to date model Tamayuki Omura up to their divorce in the year 2011 citing irreconcilable differences. It was the first time he had dated a girl. Ulysses lost all hope in love until he met shock rocker Jupiter Roxx at a movie theater and dated him from the years 2011 to 2013 separating on a mutual agreement and remained as close riends only to get back together in July 2014. For two months, Richardson worked on a movie and dated actress Lucille Kosovan. They broke up due to Ulysses cheating on her with his ex. A song he had recorded called "Humanoid" leaked on the Internet while he was in rehab for the second time.

Those are all known crazy antics of the actor made public. Will more of his partying habits and drug abuse be out in the spotlight? The world may never know.
